Welcome to Information & Communication Technologies

Welcome to the ICT space on Thutong. This space has been created to:

  • inform users about ICT policy and guidelines in South African education
  • encourage discussion around integrating the use of ICT across the curriculum
  • ensure that schools have the necessary help available through the sharing of expertise

There are all sorts of issues around the provision of computers in schools and this space will assist in helping schools avoid the expensive pitfalls.
